According to the manufacturer of BioSkinRepair scar cream, it has been formulated to help treat and reduce the appearance of Keloid scars and hypertrophic scars. The ingredients used in BioSkinRepair are said to work as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. BioSkinRepair may also help to smooth old surgery scars and rough and dry skin. The manufacturer of BioSkinRepair does not state how well it will work on other types of scars such as acne scars, burn scars, pregnancy scars or tattoo removal scars. It is stated by the manufacturer that BioSkinRepair can take as long as six months to show results; depending on the age of the scar.
